Founded in 2018 by Dr. Robert Mitchell, a veteran IT professional with multiple CompTIA master certifications and a Ph.D. from MIT, ComptiaHelp was born from a simple observation: talented IT professionals were being held back by exam anxiety and test-taking challenges, not lack of technical knowledge.
After helping dozens of colleagues and friends pass their certification exams, Dr. Mitchell realized there was a significant need for professional exam assistance services. He assembled a team of certified experts, each holding multiple CompTIA certifications and years of real-world IT experience.
